A wrist strap you wear to check your blood pressure at home. You strap it on, press one button, and in a few seconds it shows your blood pressure and heart rate. A colored light tells you if it’s normal (green), a bit high (yellow), or high (red) — so you don’t need to understand the numbers, just the color.

1. Sit down and rest first Sit quietly for about 5 minutes before measuring. Avoid caffeine, exercise, or smoking for 30 minutes beforehand — these can all push the reading up
2. Sit with back supported, feet flat Sit in a chair with your back supported and both feet flat on the floor. Don't cross your legs. Standing, lying down, or an unsupported back can skew the reading.
3. Rest your arm on a table Place your arm on a table or flat surface in front of you so the wrist monitor sits at the same height as your heart — roughly chest level. This is the single most important step for accuracy.
4. Strap the monitor snugly Wrap the cuff around your bare wrist (not over clothing), about 1-2 cm above the wrist bone, following the device's markings. It should be snug but not tight.
5. Keep still and stay quiet Once you press start, don't talk, move, or clench your fist. Any movement or muscle tension can throw off the reading.
6. Take two readings, one minute apart Measure twice, waiting about a minute between readings, and use the average. A single reading can be misleading if there was any small error.
